The holiday season can be rough for even the most structured wellness routines and healthy habits. The WELLcome Back Challenge is a 4-week program created to help ease you back into a New Year’s wellness routine, after a planned (or unplanned) holiday hiatus.

The rules are simple, 5 days a week:

The Digital Detox Challenge is a 4-week challenge that encourages individuals to put down technology and be present. NAMI-NYS is an alliance of more than 600 local affiliates who work in your community to raise awareness and provide mental health support and education to those in need.

All you need is a computer, smartphone, tablet, or phone.
Over the years, thousands of smokers have successfully benefitted from the program, which has been offered both in-person and virtually. The program consists of seven one-hour sessions, led by a trained facilitator. Participants can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to attend a virtual group.

INTEGRATIVE THERAPY
Integrative Therapy (healing touch) is available Tuesdays 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM in the A6 Integrative Therapy Room (located before you enter A6 unit on left side). A sign-up sheet is on the door to schedule with Teresa Jewett, BSN HTCP. Each session lasts about 25-30 minutes, depending on clients’ needs. Teresa is also available earlier or later upon request.
As always, Integrative Therapy qualifies for wellness passport activity credit -Social|Mind|Spirit!
